    Through a comprehensive review and analysis of your organisation, our team can help you identify areas for quick wins and long-term improvement, as well as ways to change the conversation around access and inclusion in your organisation. 

  • Disability Action Plans

    Work with us to create a customised  Disability Action Plan for your organisation. This process will include consultation with your employees, customers or members who have a disability.  It will be designed to reflect where you are on your disability inclusion journey and be bespoke to your organisation.

  • Training and Development

    At the heart of our organisation is a commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. We understand that creating a workplace that is truly accessible and welcoming to all individuals, including those with disabilities, requires a concerted effort that starts with education and awareness. 


    That's why we offer tailored disability awareness training that is facilitated by individuals who have lived experience with disability. Our training is designed to be personal, engaging, and impactful, providing your leadership and staff with the tools and understanding they need to advance access and inclusion sustainably.

  • Disability Access Policy and Process Development

  • Disability Employee Reference Groups and Coaching

    Work with us to build buy-in and ensure uptake across the organisation by creating a dedicated Employee Reference Group. 


    We also offer one-to-one and small-group coaching to sponsors and program leads.
