Twenty Percent Disability Inclusion Advisory

Stories can change the world

Emma Olivier, the founder of Twenty Percent, long-time corporate consultant and Victoria’s first one-armed surf lifesaver, speaks frequently on the subjects of disability, inclusion, leadership and stepping outside your comfort zone.

Her story of being born with a physical and visible disability and of working in the corporate world for over 30 years gives her a unique perspective. She challenges common misconceptions and myths about disability with her own story of how her disability is a superpower.

“Emma’s ‘embrace equity’ International Women’s Day talk was inspirational. She spoke to the importance of women being kind to ourselves, seeking out different world views to our own, making space for quiet voices and stepping outside our comfort zone. Emma’s call to support the next generation to further positive change for women was powerful."
